Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, worship leader, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and soulful contemporary singer/songwriter┬áJason Nelson┬áreleased his debut album,┬áI Shall Live, in 2005. The self-released┬áBrand New Day┬áarrived in 2006, and was followed in 2008 by┬áPlace of Worship.┬áNelson┬áinked a deal with the popular gospel label Verity, a division of Sony, for 2013’s well-received┬áShifting the Atmosphere.┬áJason received a Stellar Award for Praise and Worship CD of the year in 2013. He has released five albums with RCA Inspiration, a Sony label, which are I Shall Live, Place Of Worship, Shifting The Atmosphere, Jesus Revealed, and his most current album, The Answer.┬á
